**Floor Supervisor (Front of House) - Chobham, Surrey**

Chobham Adventure Farm is a family owned leisure attraction based in Chobham, Surrey, comprising of Indoor play, Restaurant and Café, Outside Play and Animal Barn.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our small and friendly team.
- **Very flexible role**
- **Working 3, 4 OR 5 days per week**

**- Core days - weekends during school term time**

**- Flexible hours / days during school holidays**

This individual will lead the team, working weekends during term time and work 1 - 3 days during the week to be discussed at interview. Very flexible (Working days during school holiday’s to suit you and work around other commitments / family etc)

You will focus on the running of the Adventure Farm, soft play and café area leading the team and ensuring our staff are trained to the highest standard. You will be a key part of the operation: supporting the duty manager, and take responsibility for staff training.

This role will give you plenty of variety, with new challenges and opportunities.

The key responsibilities will include:

- Take a hands on role in the daily running of Chobham Adventure Farm
- Assist with customer queries
- Develop, coach and train Customer Service Assistants on new service standards when required
- Help develop our brand in a positive and exciting way
- Organise the shift and be able to delegate tasks in order to have full management coverage / visibility
- Understand your visitors and to deal with their needs in a professional and consistent manner.
- Lead from the front in delivering excellent customer service
- Lead by example
- Ensure all Health & Safety compliance and procedures are followed and met to secure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors

About You:

- At least two years’ experience within related leisure / customer service industry
- An understanding of the leisure industry
- Be passionate about customer service
- Have an understanding of Health & Safety within the leisure business
- Ability to lead & inspire a team
- Work between 3 and 5 days per week (this will include working weekends during term time and between 1-3 days during the week)
- Knowledge / qualification in food hygiene would be advantageous but not essential

Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 (pro rata depending on days)

**Experience**:

- Supervisory experience: 1 years (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
