Learning and Development and Recruitment Coordinator

The role will support recruitment and co-ordinate and administer the learning & development activity across the UK business.

**Description**
The key responsibilities of the Learning&Development and Recruitment Coordinator in Heathrow will be:
- Work closely with recruiting managers to meet resource and headcount demands
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, where applicable
- Ensure the onboarding process is efficient and accurate and that all information is provided to the HR Administrator for production of contracts and offer letters.
- Proactively follow up on reference requests prior to escalation from the business.
- Support line managers with the induction process to ensure all relevant documentation is completed and ensure results are captured as part of the training requirements
- Maintain recruitment tracker
- Administer the training request process and work closely with Line Managers to meet their requirements regarding training.
- Liaise with training suppliers to co-ordinate non-technical training requirements as and when required
- Maintain the Academy system and any other systems to ensure accurate records are held of all training
- Work closely with Training departments to support with any training administration
- Issue Training or Study Agreements as and when required and keep appropriate records on file.
- Support the Technical Training Manager with the Apprentice programme as and when required.
**Profile**
The successful Learning&Development and Recruitment Coordinator in Heathrow will have:
- Strong administration/ coordinator background
- Someone who is proactive
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines during busy periods, as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all data processed
- Must be able to travel
- Preferably has previously worked within a similar role or industry
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Working in a confidential environment
**Job Offer**
- Temp to Perm/ Permanent role
- Salary up to £28,000
