**About the opportunity**:
Jacobs Nuclear is the Design and Engineering partner for Sellafield under the PPP (Programme and Project Partners). This is a 20-year arrangement to deliver ~£7bn of major projects. We are looking to recruit high value expertise from across regulated and comparable sectors to work in a collaborative environment. PPP is delivering major projects, site wide improvements and provision of supporting services.

We are currently looking for a Technical Clerk to join the team in Birchwood.

**Key responsibilites**
- Administration of the execution of project contract documents; printing, binding, issuing copies for signing & liaising with internal and external PA’s of Directors to manage the logistics of obtaining signatures and distribution of documents.
- Administration of e-share procurement systems; uploading documents & downloading and distributing tender documents.
- Management and administration of tender query system.
- Collation (ensuring signatures) and reporting of site records of subcontractors; allocation sheets, foreman’s site diaries.
- Liaising with Document Controllers to ensure formal recording of transactions.
- Support to administration of contract management (CEMAR) systems - potential super user.
- Archiving of commercial documentation required for limitation of liability periods.
- Administrative support including diary management, organising supplier and subcontractor procurement and progress meetings, attending meetings to record & monitor actions.
- Provision of additional support to the team as required.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Conversant with Word, excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc
- Experience of working in an admin related position, within an Engineering/ Procurement/ Construction (EPC) environment
- Basic technical and commercial awareness
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
