MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an Administrator to work in Keyworker living in Essex.
To deliver high level, efficient, responsive and comprehensive administrative support to the Keyworker Living Service with a 'get it right first time' approach to customers experience when contacting the service. Ensure excellent customer service in the provisionof an efficient and responsive service to both internal and external customers
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality administrative services to effectively support and actively promote the function, e.g. Bookings & allocations, data completion, updating electronic records, photocopying, production and distribution of publications and documents, reports,statistics, agendas and minutes.
- To collate data for Performance Indicators.
- To assist the Service Manager and Team in carrying out their duties by dealing with routine correspondence, providing basic advice and assistance to callers and make appointments or take bookings when appropriate.
- To process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and in accordance with agreed procedure.
- To ensure payments received are processed in accordance with agreed procedures.
- To provide statistical information as required.
- To take minutes at meetings whenever required and distributed accordingly.
- To coordinate, update and manage a range of spreadsheets relating to the work of the Service Manager and Management team
- To provide office cover in coordination with the Service Manager
- To update and use appropriate systems for general information input and enquiries
- To assist with processing all referrals to Keyworker Living in relation to Voids and allocations.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience of working within a busy office
- environment
- Experience of providing a comprehensive administration service
- Experience of planning and organizing the work of others and oneself to meet targets and deadlines
- Working within a team and by oneself
- Working on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team.
SKILLS Excellent communication skills, written and oral, adaptable to the needs of residents and professional customers.
- Liaise effectively and build positive relationships with other professionals
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel packages
- Awareness of people's needs, in particular older, vulnerable and disabled clients.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
