So what does the role involve?
- To lead and develop a team of Regional Property Surveyors and Property Support team to deliver a top quality property and asset management service.
- You will be involved in the strategic Capex team having a say into all areas of decision making process, advising on design, project delivery and getting a good deal on investments.
- This position is all about Capex, property maintenance, refurbs and investments.
- To be an effective leader in the development of operational strategy.
- To be part of the senior leadership team in developing top line company strategy.
- Management of Facilities and Maintenance
- Deliver strategies to manage the company's health & safety and statutory compliance requirements.

What qualities will you need to be successful?

This role is an incredible opportunity for the right individual. It will be a challenging but exhilarating journey where pace will be critical given the ambitions and focus this business values. As the business scales, the role will continue to grow anddevelop and therefore a genuine opportunity exists to step up into a more senior role in the medium term. You will need to be incredibly organised to effectively manage the workload and prioritisation will be key to ensure you deliver in this fast moving environment.RICS qualified, you will be an experienced property professional with generalist experience ideally gained within the retail or hospitality sector. This is likely to have been gained across Facilities, maintenance, Estates or Property Management.
