Alexander Lloyd is partnering this client that we know very well I am pleased to share with you an interesting finance role for a Acquisitions Accountant to be based in their Surrey team.

Having placed several people in this business I can say hand on heart that they are fantastic, they work as a proper team, have fun, work hard and provide flexibility when you need it.

This is a business that has acquired multiple business' over the last few years and show no signs of slowing down hence this role. This role has been created as a result of business growth and internal promotion for someone I placed a year ago into the team.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior heads across the existing and potential acquisition business to conduct financial due diligence, integrations and disposals.

This role requires strong relationship building skills, solid accounting knowledge and the ability to interact effectively.

There will be the opportunity to get involved with lots of projects and you should want to make an positive contribution from day one to the ongoing development of processes and ways of working.

Salary ranging between £50,000-£60,000 plus benefits. / hybrid working

The Person
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ ACCA
- Previous / current audit & accounts preparation experience likely gained in a professional accountancy firm
- Strong Excel ability
