Are you a data-driven digital marketeer looking for a fast-paced, high energy opportunity in a scale-up?
Mambu is looking for an experienced Web Operations Specialist to join our Global Marketing team to help build the brand reputation and drive growth. Reporting to Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving awareness of Mambu’s corporate website, maximizing inbound traffic, increasing engagement, improving user experience, optimizing user journeys, and accelerating conversion.
You will be responsible for delivering and monitoring the strategic utilization of our website, managing content, functionality and delivery of user experience throughout their journey. This role offers a unique opportunity, combining channel responsibility with cross-functional support for our other marketing functions and wider business. You will leverage our web channels to drive incremental growth and deliver programs to support key sales and business growth objectives while meeting operational and regulatory requirements.

The position is hybrid remote working with regular visits with the team to our London office - usually one day per week.
**Your role at Mambu**:
- Manage our website channel and implement tactics to improve UX, design, content and conversion
- Take ownership of website content including imagery, text, metafields and design, and create, update, and maintain them, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, UX, and SEO effectiveness
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions.
- Identify and report bugs and technical issues to the dev, manage tickets, and drive resolution to ensure issues are fixed quickly and effectively
- Work effectively with Global and Regional Marketing teams and help them with execution of their campaigns, events and content marketing strategies and production of web assets eg. landing pages
- Work with teams across the organization to support their use of website to help achieve their goals
- Manage the technology suite to ensure effective integration and optimal use to meet the objectivesDevelop web marketing assets including landing pages, webforms, and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams (eg. Design team) to develop and optimize web content and assets
- Monitor, measure, evaluate and report regularly on site performances, ensuring KPIs are continually met and improved.
- Ensure all the taggings are in place for accurate trackingImplement programs to drive inbounds and lead generation through our websiteDeliver on-site SEO, CV and UX optimization across the site
- Work closely with external agencies to develop new functionality and effectively manage projects.
What youâll bring:
**What you're bringing to the table**:
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing with strong experience of managing website and content on CMS
- Experience in managing website projects with multiple stakeholders - tactical planning, execution, optimization, time management, UAT, and release management
- Strong knowledge of online technologies, SEO optimizations, UX optimizations, content marketing, and digital marketing concepts, trends, and practices.
- Experience reporting on online metrics using analytics tool such as Google Analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to targets
- Attention to detail and an eye for website content
- A creative problem solverUnderstanding of applicable digital legislation
- A passion for technological innovation and awareness of web development and MarTech trends
- Familiarity with general SEO principles
- Understanding of the banking/financial services or tech industries is ideal
- Basic image editing skills are a plus
