We are looking for a talented Marketing/Web Design Specialist to join our team at Threecolts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital assets. Your expertise in Figma and Webflow will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and delivering compelling digital experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop engaging, responsive websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency and enhance user experience through intuitive interfaces.
- Optimize designs for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives with creative input.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of web design principles and UX best practices.
- Experience with Webflow. (Wordpress and other CMS is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing for technology or SaaS companies.
- Understanding of CRO principles.
- Knowledge of animation and interaction design.
- Some experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
