**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

At Curious Cat Digital we are going through a period of rapid expansion, and as a result are looking for a Paid Media & SEO Executive to join our Search team.

The role allows for a dynamic combination of creativity, analysis and client management skills. It also provides the opportunity to work with an exciting mix of clients.

You’ll be genuinely enthusiastic about all aspects of Google Ads, paid social and SEO, and will be keen to get stuck into everything from assisting with the creation of paid media campaigns, to conducting research, campaign building and ongoing management.

**Responsibilities**
- Researching and recommending advertising platforms
- Conducting in-depth keyword research
- Creating campaign outlines
- Writing compelling ad copy
- Coming up with concepts for and briefing visual ad creative into designer
- Building campaigns - most commonly Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Hands-on management of campaigns, including regular campaign maintenance, tweaking and optimising to meet and exceed client expectations
- Closely monitoring budgets and providing recommendations based on forecasting
- Carrying out paid media and SEO audits
- Writing SEO meta data
- Weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting as required
- Flagging any opportunities or causes of concern to the Paid Media & SEO Manager
- Keeping on top of the latest platform changes and best practices, sharing knowledge with the wider team

**Experience**

This role would be ideal for an individual with 2-3+ years’ paid media experience in a digital marketing agency, who is looking to hit the ground running whilst also upskilling with help from the Senior Paid Media & SEO Manager.

Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook and/or LinkedIn advertising is essential. There will be some accounts handed over within the first month, so a level of confidence is required.

Knowledge of additional digital advertising platforms e.g. Twitter, Microsoft, Quora, Spotify, Outbrain etc. would be a huge plus.

Experience in B2B marketing and Fintech marketing would be beneficial but is not essential.

As the role is primarily working from home, you will need to be self-motivated, happy to work independently whilst also communicating digitally, and have strong organisation and time management skills.
