**Front of House Host - Required at Link House Nursing Home in Raynes Park, London SW20 -Part of the Country Court Family**

**Hours: 40 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift times 0800-1830, 4 Shifts per week)**
**All staff working with in our Care Homes and wider staff are legally required to be double Covid-19 vaccinated from November 2021.**

We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team at Link House.

Located in a peaceful place in Raynes Park, South West London is Link House Nursing Home, which offers nursing, residential and dementia care. Our dedicated team led by the Manager ensure that each person is looked after in a safe and supportive environment

**ABOUT THE FRONT OF HOUSE ROLE**:
Within your role as Front of House Host, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Serve residents their meals, snacks & beverages
- Replenish all snacks & stations
- Clean up after all meals
- Re-lay tables & cloths
- Cleaning the dining/kitchen areas
**ABOUT YOU**:

- Excellent Customer service skills
- Good knowledge & experience in the food/restaurant Industry
- Knowledge of COSHH & health & safety standards
- Have a friendly & caring attitude
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Understanding of people with Dementia
- Able to work independently & as a team

**Covid Safety**We operate COVID secure homes and have strict procedures in place to ensure the safety of all residents and staff. This includes regular Covid & temperature testing and wearing appropriate PPE, including a face mask to be worn at all times whilst on shift, unless medically exempt.
