Front of House Host

Little Lion Entertainment, is a fast-growing entertainment group, specialising in creating cutting-edge and memorable experience-led attractions. We are looking for Front of House Hosts to work within our London attraction**:The Crystal Maze Live Experience**.

**The Role**

As Front of House Host, you will be on the front line leading by example to deliver best in class guest experience to those visiting our attraction. You will be an ambassador, delivering our unique experience. This includes operating the Front of House areas, welfare of guests and operational team, championing guest experience, commercial revenue and health & safety. You will take responsibility for the operation of our Ticketing, Food & Beverage, Retail and Photo areas, driving commercial spends and the promotion of upsells and high guest service standards. You will also support the delivery of all Corporate Events to high standards, using safe practices to deliver an exceptional experience.

**Duties Include**:
Operational Excellence
- Manage all guest enquiries efficiently and maintain a consistently positive attitude.
- Celebrate success with the team at every available opportunity, have open and honest communication with fellow colleagues and managers.
- Arrive to work punctually, ready to work with your uniform correct and well kept.
- Work across all parts of the operations function as required, striving for world class standards at all times.
- Take accountability and ownership for the smooth, efficient, and productive running of all Front of House locations, including Ticketing, Bars, Retail and Photography. Ensure that all guests have the opportunity to visit all available commercial areas.
- Support the Duty Managers and Front of House Supervisors to ensure all booked events are supported and stocked, delivering a world class experience from start to finish.
- Support with creating a seamless guest journey for both consumer and corporate operations, whilst navigating our Front of House areas.
- Support and assist with all operational aspects of the Front of House areas of the attraction and troubleshoot problems as they arise, creating proactive and efficient ways of working.

Financial Delivery
- Ensure to deliver excellent service standards.
- Adhere to PCI and cash handling processes and training, removing discrepancies. Work closely with the Front of House Duty Managers and Supervisors.

Guest Excellence

Champion Guest Excellence across everything, from procedures to face-to-face interaction, acting as a role model, ensuring every guest leaves the attraction as advocates.

H&S

Follow all processes and procedures while working within the attraction, ensuring the health and safety of all guests and staff is always maintained.

Conduct all essential daily checks, ensuring they are effectively documented, and issues raised to the Duty Manager where necessary.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Attraction experience is desirable but not required.
- The ability to work quick and calmly under pressure
- Good initiative and able to think on their feet with ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- A passion to engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
