Our client is currently looking for an experienced bookeeper/property administrator. The company has recently purchased several holiday homes and has a large portfolio of residential property and has been growing at a fast rate.
**Property Finance Administrator Benefits**:

**Property Finance Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Handle calls & queries from tenants and suppliers
- Manage holiday home bookings on multiple platforms
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Posting/Approving invoices on purchases and sales ledger
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Liasing with contractors to arrange maintainence
- Ensure relevant property documents, such as gas, electric certificates are up to date
- Updating property tracker
- Preparing fixed assets, prepayments and other schedules
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
**Hours**: 8 hours a day
**Property Finance Administrator Requirements**:
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a can-do attitude
- Experience in property industry and prior bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders
- Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of FRS105 and general accounting practices
- Ability to commute to Rainham, Greater London
- Minimum experience required in accounts - 2 years & property - 1 year
