We are looking for dedicated Housekeepers to join our team at Brig o' Doon House Hotel. This role involves supporting the Housekeeping Team in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel and accommodation areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean all public areas within the hotel to a high standard.
- Maintain and service guest bedrooms according to occupancy and arrivals, ensuring any special requests are fulfilled.
- Ensure all rooms meet company standards, with relevant documentation completed for room checks.
- Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areasto the Duty Manager.
- Identify and report any concerns regarding guest misuse of hotel facilities.
- Prioritise guest comfort and safety at all times.
- Follow instructions from the Duty Manager and Head of Housekeeping.
- Keep all working and public areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required.
- Weekend availability is essential due to nature of the business
- A hard-working, reliable, and punctual team player.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
