We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Real Estate team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
**Your Role**
As a Real Estate Commercial Property Claims handler, you will be responsible for the efficient & effective settlement of our customers insurance claims. You will build & grow relationships with our brokers & direct Clients, being their dedicated contact within the Commercial Property Claims team. You will work both individually, and as part of a team, to deliver high standards of customer service. This also include looking at innovative ways to improve existing processes to benefit our customers & ourselves alike. As a Real Estate Commercial Property Claims Handler you will be responsible for approx. 150 live customer claims, from notification through to validation, negotiation & settlement. You will initially handle claims up to £10,000 with the opportunity to increase your claims authority up to £100,000. When handling claims you will ensure reserves are accurately set &maintained throughout the life cycle of each claim.
**About You**
You will either have a Commercial Property or General Insurance claims experience background with excellent stakeholder management. You will be an engaged, vibrant individual who has a passion for customer service with a proactive approach to managing & organising your caseload.
