This is an exciting clinical leadership opportunity for an experienced Family Therapist with strong clinical and leadership skills to join our transforming service.

In addition we would want to ensure that these structures enable family-inclusive practice to be embedded within the service, as well as facilitating the provision of specialist Systemic Psychotherapy and Family Interventions.

To provide professional leadership for qualified systemic practitioners and therapists within Humber Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service

To provide clinical leadership for other practitioners who are providing family interventions within Humber Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

To create and implement training and supervision structures to enable practitioners to develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge to work with families competently and effectively at all levels of family work practice. To ensure that these structures enable family-inclusive practice to be embedded in mainstream care, as well as facilitating the provision of specialist Systemic Psychotherapy and Family Interventions.

To provide highly specialist Systemic Psychotherapy for young people and families with a range of severe and complex psychological presentations, as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.

To provide highly specialist supervision, consultation and training to practitioners from a range of disciplines, teams and professional networks to enable them to work more effectively with young people and their families.

To actively contribute to any aspects of service development as appropriate within the care group/ Trust.

To provide highly specialist Systemic Psychotherapy for clients and families with a range of severe and complex psychological presentations, as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.
