**Sustainable Consumption Engagement & Partnerships Lead**

We are recruiting a Sustainable Consumption Engagement & Partnerships Lead for a global NGO that champions the rights of consumers. The role will focus on partnerships to support their work to make the online marketplace safe, secure and sustainable forconsumers.

**Position**: Sustainable Consumption Engagement & Partnerships Lead

**Location**: Remote

**Hours**:Full Time

**Salary**: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum

**Contract**: 24 Month Fixed Contract with possibility for extension.

**About the role**:
As Sustainable Consumption Engagement & Partnerships Lead will be responsible for developing and building partnerships with a range of stakeholders including leading businesses and foundations. Working toward growth goals, both impact and financial, youwill develop and maintain the latest insights about potential partners. You will lead engagement with these stakeholders for impact, develop partnership approaches, actively manage partnerships, and support the strategic development of the organisation andits funding streams.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and build relationships with potential partners
- Create a systematic and process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Actively manage partner relationships towards strategic goals
- Engage partners effectively in projects, programmes, activities, campaigns and events
- Provide guidance and oversight to the organisation on effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Develop and maintain appropriate communication materials for all stages of partner relationship development and management
- Develop and deliver on partner and funding goals
- Collaborate with senior management to align organisational goals and partner relationship goals
- Maintain accurate partner and prospect records and provide timely updates to the organisation and Leadership Team

**About you**:
Some essential skills and experience you will need include:

- Proven experience engaging stakeholders and managing partnerships
- Track record securing and onboarding significant partnerships
- Experience in managing and building networks
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Outstanding collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work efficiently without close supervision
