One role will focus on providing service excellence within our Operation, dealing with customers and suppliers. The other role will focus on inbound Sales Enquiries providing immediate responses to enquiries, establishing customer needs and closing the sale. We are looking for someone who has great confidence, infectious personality, and strong customer service skills to join our team. Your Mentor and Manager is within the Medway towns (ME8 area) to provide you with local support There will be an "In person" Team Meeting every 6-8 weeks where travel will be required to the Central London area. Working from home, you must have a quiet environment where you can focus and take / make calls.
