Local Plumbers We Care are looking for a customer service administrator to meet the company’s operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing nationwide company and receive regular bonuses as part of our rewards scheme.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming customer calls to secure bookings
- Provide customers with quotes to secure return visits
- Communicate effectively with our engineers to maintain an accurate record of all required work
- Positively represent the company to customers and the public

**Requirements**:

- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and honesty
- Previous experience in the plumbing and heating sector
- Flexibility in approach
