**Job description - Customer Account Executive**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key responsibilities - Customer Account Executive**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Attending events, either hosted or industry events, presenting and speaking about the company within the industry.
- Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
- Understand customer needs and objectives to effectively address their requirements.
- Responsible for follow up communications with customers and maintaining active engagement.
- Responsible for leveraging a variety of tools to develop interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Identify and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
**Job requirements - Customer Account Executive**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- University degree qualifications.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
