**About the role**
As part of your role you will provide suitable technical support to advisers and take overall responsibility for the sales and administrative processes, whilst operating at all times within the compliance and internal procedures of the firm. Other duties include:
- Administration, such as photocopying, answering telephones, maintaining the filing system and sorting post.
- Effective communication with product providers and clients.
- Complete all basic documentation for a sale in a thorough and conscientious manner.
- Assisting the manager with month end duties.
- Assist the advisers with their diaries and time management.
- Data input onto relevant software packages
- Complete all basic documentation for a sale in a thorough and conscientious manner.
- Set up client file and ensure checklists are completed accurately.
**Qualification**
We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.
**Application Requirements** To get the job that you’ll love** you will have**:
- You will need the right to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years from your start date.
- Level 4 or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- On track to achieve or have already achieved minimum of 96 UCAS points.
