**Job Description**:
The **Property** Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring the pubs within their region comply with relevant statutory obligations and are maintained in accordance with agreed Company and Divisional standards. They will also be responsible for the management of the repairs & maintenance budget and agreed investment capital within their region.
- Carrying out all surveying duties within a defined geography on a diverse range of pubs.
- To facilitate the effective delivery of a property surveying programme, including capital development projects within agreed company criteria.
- To liaise with the operations teams to provide technical advice and expertise.
- To proactively manage the capital and revenue budgets and deliver best value
- To participate in industry bodies and maintain awareness of trends, opportunities and changes to property surveying best practice.
- To create proactive maintenance solutions to improve service and reduce cost.

**Qualifications**:
- Ideally hold a professionally industry recognised qualification: RICS, M B Eng, CIOB or similar.
- Experience of the retail and leisure businesses.
- Experience of maintaining the asset value of the property to enhance, refine and improve its presentation and operating effectiveness.
