**Overview**:

- Rare opportunity for a CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the Canterbury area as a trainee mortgage broker.

**Remuneration**:

- Basic to £25,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 - £65,000

**Main Duties**:

- A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser who is working towards the CeMAP qualification to join one of Kent’s best-known estate agency brands as a trainee mortgage broker in the Canterbury area.
- Working within an estate agency office alongside an experienced mortgage sales manager, you will offer the new and existing clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
- As well as receiving new leads referred over from working closely with the estate agency team, as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser you will have unlimited access to the companies existing loyal client base.
- Liaising with the many mortgage lenders at your disposable, you will keep up to date with new products available to meet the client’s needs.
- As a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser in the Canterbury area, you will also have mortgage administrative support to ensure that your mortgage cases or completed and FCA compliant.

**Key Skills**:

- Applications will be considered from trainee mortgage brokers or trainee mortgage advisers who are customer focused, motivated and have a passion to succeed.
- You should also have excellent communication skills and fantastic attention to detail.
- No criminal convictions along with a clean credit history and a full UK driving licence is also imperative.
