Trainee Mortgage Broker

**Overview**:
Rare opportunity for a CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the Canterbury area as a trainee mortgage broker.

**Main Duties**:
A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser who is working towards the CeMAP qualification to join one of Kent’s best-known estate agency brands as a trainee mortgage broker in the Canterbury area.

Working within an estate agency office alongside an experienced mortgage sales manager, you will offer the new and existing clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.

As well as receiving new leads referred over from working closely with the estate agency team, as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser you will have unlimited access to the companies existing loyal client base.

Liaising with the many mortgage lenders at your disposable, you will keep up to date with new products available to meet the client’s needs.

As a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser in the Canterbury area, you will also have mortgage administrative support to ensure that your mortgage cases or completed and FCA compliant.

**Remuneration**:
Basic to £25,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 - £65,000

**Key Skills**:
Applications will be considered from trainee mortgage brokers or trainee mortgage advisers who are customer focused, motivated and have a passion to succeed.

You should also have excellent communication skills and fantastic attention to detail.

No criminal convictions along with a clean credit history and a full UK driving licence is also imperative.
