**Description**:
Head of Operations (Newry) c.£80-90K+ DOE

We are delighted to be working with one of NI top 100 businesses as they look to recruit a Head of Operations for their large-scale facility in Newry.

You will provide leadership and guidance to the Warehousing and logistics function of the business. Maintaining day to day activities you will provide detailed analysis and statistics to ensure customer needs are met. Driving a culture of continuous improvement you will ensure performance delivery against key targets and maximising efficiencies and cost reductions in a fast moving environment.

As part of the senior leadership team you will drive initiatives to improve customer support, taking ownership of operational budgets, review of asset refresh and capital expenditure. Ensuring all H&S requirements are met you will communicate with all internal and external customers and be responsible for the development and retention of staff.
