This is a senior leadership role combining surgical excellence, operational oversight, and strategic vision to deliver high-quality veterinary care and advance animal welfare. What You’ll Do Lead all veterinary services, ensuring best‑practice standards across routine, complex, and emergency procedures. Perform surgeries (including neutering and emergency interventions) and diagnostic tests (X‑rays, ultrasound). Provide compassionate care for companion animals, injured wildlife, and rescued strays. Mentor and manage a dedicated team of vets, nurses, and support staff. Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
