**Title**: Compliance Officer

**Hours**:Full time - 35 hours per week

**Salary**:£33,000 - £37,000 per annum

**Contract**:1-year fixed term

**Location**:Flexible across Catalyst offices - to be agreed by line manager

**About the role**

As Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring Catalyst follows regulations in line with legislation and governance for both the Charity and its partners to avoid legal fines, ramifications, and reputational damage. As part of the role, the Compliance Officer would ensure employees follow the internal compliance policies. The Compliance Officer would ensure all Catalyst operations comply with KPI’s for its variety of contracts.

As the Compliance Officer the role will provide a connection between the different projects and management, regulating the flow of information while respecting different responsibilities and confidentiality requirements.

The role of a Compliance Officer is highly complicated and to avoid conflict of interest, the Compliance Officer role will ensure Catalyst adheres to the law ensuring the smooth running of the Charity.

The postholder will also be expected to take the lead with issues related to clinical governance, best practice learning, review and adherence to policy and procedure and staff development.
