**Front of House Porter**

**Full Time - 40 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis**

**Salary of £23,920 per annum, plus service charge**

The Role:_**

A Front of House Porter is required for Swinton Park 4 red star luxury hotel to work with our Front of House Team. Main responsibilities of the role include
- Meeting our guests on arrival.
- Taking responsibility for luggage
- Helping guests to their rooms
- Assisting with any enquiries from residents and non-residents
- Being that all-important member of staff who sees them happily and safely on their journey at the conclusion of their stay.
- To work up to 40 hours per week to include some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

- Guest focused
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Focused on providing excellent customer service
- Able to work arrange of hours including early morning, evenings and weekends

- Quarterly service charge of up to £400.00
