Bookkeeper/office Administrator

**Job description**
Fantastic opportunity to join the Control Room team in a unique Company.
You will have excellent customer service skills preferably with experience working in a busy multi-functional 24 hour control room environment or call centre.
**The role**:
- Working in a fast paced multi-functional Control Room
- Receiving calls in a customer focused and polite manner
- Communicate with front line staff in a professional tone
- Provide real time Control Room support to front-line staff
- Liaison with emergency services
- Maintain call logs and incident reports in an accurate and timely manner
**You will have**:
- Experience working in a busy multi-functional Control Room or call centre environment
- The ability to deal with a large volume of calls/requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of using bespoke computer systems
- Shift work experience, including nights, weekends and bank holiday working.
Starting at £9.50, then £10.00 after successful completion of probation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
