**Job Summary**
We are looking to cover Thur, Fri and Sat each week - however there is flexibility with the schedule and the other part time employee to make schedules work for both.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry and clerical duties, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using Google Suite and other office software.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when required.
- Collaborate with team members to support various office functions.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- A professional demeanour with a focus on customer service excellence is crucial for this position.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.97-£12.07 per hour
Expected hours: 27 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
