**Job Role: Regional Team Coordinator - Surveying**
**Location: Remote**
**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**The Job Role**
Working within the Surveying division, the main purpose of the role is to work with Surveyors and other Regional Coordinators to provide support for surveying schedules, enquiries and reports for clients and surveyors.
**Main Purpose of Job**
- Supporting a successful revenue generating team of Surveyors that significantly contributes to the overall success of Innovus.
- Engaging with the wider business to promote the internal Surveying capability and maximise business opportunities.
- Actively pursuing and delivering revenue opportunities within the Surveying team to meet budgets and targets together with generating appropriate data and metrics to support great overall team capability.
- Supporting the team Manager.
- Assisting with general invoicing and tendering requirements for the team and clients
**Position in Organisation**
Reporting to the Regional Manager for M25 and London and working closely with the regional team and wider Innovus Surveying team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Create quotations for work requests outside of the Surveyors instructions model for activities including Project Management, Asset Management and Lifecycle plans, Insurance Reinstatement Assessments (RCA’s) and Asset Replacement and Delivery projects.
- Review, log and allocate new surveyor instructions.
- Answer queries relating to potential new instructions and other general enquiries including project statuses.
- Review, record and save correspondence for the Major Works Team (e.g. First Notice/Out to Tender/Second Notice/ start date letters).
- Diarise tender returns dates and release tenders to Surveyors.
- Answer billing and invoicing queries from Accountants, Operations, and other areas of the business.
- Assist with Surveyor billing when required including processing timesheets. Raise /check invoice requests as required and liaise with the Finance teams to enable no direct service-charge billing to be undertaken.
- Support Finance/Director of Surveying and Technical Services/Building Surveying Managers with the analysis of billing forecast. Assist monitoring of jobs to include reasons for overspent jobs, being able to present evidence of issues and concerns to key stakeholders.
- Carry out other duties in relation to the administration or coordination of the Surveying team.
- Develop and maintain Surveying team processes, procedures, flowcharts, and reporting documentation.
- Identify potential business opportunities outside of Innovus and assist the Director of Surveying and Surveying Management in obtaining new business from external clients.
**Skills and Experience**
- Good written and verbal communication working with people etc. Good numerical skills, using spreadsheets etc. Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Well organised, capable of managing workload priorities under pressure.
- Customer service skills/experience, always providing an exceptional level of customer service.
- Be an excellent and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, maintaining and striving for high standards of professionalism.
- Flexible and creative in your approach.
- Able to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging or conflicting situations whilst focusing on achieving positive outcomes.
- A focus on proactively resolving issues and complaints effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner.
