This role is for a Senior Business Analyst who can understand complex business process and data issues and has the ability to analyse current as-is business process and support a future process, people and technology change project.
- **Proven business analysis experience within a marketing environment with a track record of successful implementations & strong business relationships**:

- Previous experience of working within a Financial Services firm and an appreciation of their regulated environments
- Ability to design **as-is operating model and design & implementation of a to-be operating model**(mandatory)
- Strong experience in business process re-engineering, analysis, user requirement gathering, gap analysis, cost benefit analysis, workshop facilitation & business case development
- Strong stakeholders and change management skills
- Proven business analysis skills (and experience) across all phases, from discovery, design through to delivery
- Strong experience working with an Agile methodology
- Delivery and results focused with the ability to work in a challenging environment
