My leading investment management client are looking to bring on a **Senior Project Manager** to support a portfolio of Change initiatives delivering operating models, tooling and process change.
- Strong project and people management skills
- Familliarity with Technology organisations in the financial services sector
- Familiarity with Technology Reporting including financials, service costing, resource management and change MI.
- **Experience in implementing operating models, process and technical change**:

- Excellent communication skills including an ability to establish a strong rapport, communicate and influence at all levels
- Ability to understand and assimilate detailed complex issues and convey them in a manner that drives effective discussion and decision making.
- Delivery and results focused and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Sound technical and business understanding and the commercial acumen to exploit Technology for competitive advantage
- Promote teamwork and demonstrate best practices on delivery of service
- **Knowledge of Apptio, Power BI, PPM solutions including Clarity**:

- **A strong aptitude for understanding and interpreting financials, in particular technology service costing and recharge models**:

- Able to work in a fast moving, dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with JIRA, and Microsoft office tools
