Human Resources Advisor

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support for HR operations, including data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and assist in the development of training programmes.
- Utilise Salesforce for tracking employee performance metrics and other relevant data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying areas for enhancement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,880.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
