**The Role**

**Through further planned growth, this leading Top 100 UK firm are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Associate/ Senior Associate/ Managing Associate to join their Bristol Office.**

The Corporate Team has gone from strength to strength, competing with the larger Top 50 UK practices, and with a consistent stream of high quality work referred, they show no sign of slowing down.

This position sits within their Corporate P.E. Team which acts for institutional investors, investee and portfolio companies and banks.

The team has worked on a number of high profile projects; and you will be expected to undertake a similar role in advising on everything from working with Start-Ups on fundraising, through to PE backed MBO’s.

This opportunity comes with plenty of scope for further progression, with client contact from the outset and a platform for you to develop your own reputation within this sector.

The Head of Corporate (PE) will personally oversee your progression and development within the firm, offering mentor, advice and support to ensure you become an industry leader.

**You will be**:

- An experienced Corporate Associate/ Senior Associate/ Managing Associate with 4PQE +
- Essential that you have prior experience in Private Equity
- Experienced in managing your own varied caseload of matters
- Confident in a client facing role
