You will be supporting the Corporate Team Leader with the ongoing growth and development of the group and team-wide activities. You will work on a range of corporate services, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and reorganisations. Client contact is key, and you will enjoy building and developing relationships from the offset. The firm is looking for someone who is keen to take the next step in their career, ideally at the Senior Associate or Managing Associate level, however they are open to receiving applications from candidates 3 PQE and upwards.
