About Us:
OSB Group are offering a rare opportunity to join our Finance team as a Client Reporting Apprentice. This is an exceptional opportunity as an apprentice to be part of a variety of challenges and opening up future career opportunities within either accountancy, analytical reporting or combination of both. You will receive support from your “buddy” as you study towards a professional qualification through a structured online/college based learning and development programme

What you will be doing:
On a typical day, you’ll be completing a variety of tasks to supporting our Finance and Accounting Team.

This includes:

- Learning, understanding and assisting in the production and delivery of loan level financial reports across various areas of the business.
- Learning, understanding and assisting in the production and delivery of our securitisation servicer reporting for all our securitised deals across the Group to ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly and quarterly investor reporting and ESMA & BoE loan level data tapes.
- Proactively supporting the management of all Financial Analytical and Client Reporting processes, including but not limited to; data gathering, system change, validation, analytical presentation and reporting.
- Learning, understanding and becoming capable of calculating and recreating various mortgage specific calculations such contractual monthly settlement, interest charges and basic mortgage cash flows.
