**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Apprentice to join our Funding Administration team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative functions, with a primary focus on funding processes, while also supporting other administrative duties as required by business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Funding Administration Support**:

- Assist in processing apprenticeship paperwork, ensuring compliance with GTG procedures and funding regulations.
- Maintain and update electronic management information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the preparation and submission of funding claims and related documentation.
- **General Administrative Duties**:

- Provide routine clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- **Data Management**:

- Input and maintain accurate data records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Address general inquiries and direct specific queries to appropriate team members.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

**Apprenticeship Details**:
