**The Opportunity**

Do you love being in front of the camera? Have experience creating content for yourself or brands? We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing individual to join our team on a freelance basis, creating content for a variety of clients.

As a relatively new agency we are experiencing some amazing growth and looking for a hungry, ambitious individual who is a self-starter to help us continue this upward path of success.

Although this role starts as a freelance position, we would not be against making this a part or full-time position for the right person. Also, it would be ideal if you are local enough to the North East to visit clients for potential content days.

**The Role in Brief**

In this role you will be responsible for creating content on behalf of ourselves and our clients. This will involve shooting video of yourself and editing it in a way to make it suitable for each individual project.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved with other areas of the business should you wish, such as supporting influencer marketing campaigns or helping run client social media channels.

**Responsible for**
- Creating or following a brief to create effective content for a variety of clients.
- Where suitable, reviewing and testing products.
- Editing content you have created to make it ready for use on social media and/or websites.
- Working to pre-agreed deadlines to ensure that content is ready when required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Outgoing and confident, comfortable being on camera and talking.
- Experience using tools like Canva or Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut etc.
- Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing.
- Understanding of trends, how to find them and utilise content opportunities.
- Ability to understand and interpret a brand’s tone of voice and audience.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Confidence to research clients and industries before making recommendations.

**In Return**
- For freelancers, we will work on an hourly or ‘per project’ basis when it comes to fees.
- For part-time or full-time roles, we will pre-agree a salary DOE, with you having full control of your progression, with salary reviews every quarter.
- Hybrid Working; you’ll be working from home 99% of the time, just getting together for meetings etc.
