Dawson and Sanderson are on the hunt for a Content Creator Apprentice to join their team of travel enthusiasts, dream weavers, and content connoisseurs. If you are a motivated individual who would love to kick-start your career in Content Creation, this is the opportunity to ignite your potential, refine your skills, and set you on a path to becoming a master of your craft.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Deliver content (copy, graphics, imagery) for all marketing channels working closely with design team, marketing colleagues and stores.
- Manage brand’s Instagram & Facebook account.
- Write and upload content for company website and blogs.
- Manage all Meta and Paid Social advertising - creating, implementing and overseeing multiple social ad campaigns, both with suppliers and Dawson and Sanderson own-brand.
- Ensure content is engaging, persuasive and best demonstrates their product, expertise and experience.
- Look for channels and opportunities to further promote the Dawson and Sanderson brand.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Salary - £23,000
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- Company pension scheme

- Educational trips e.g. cruise ship visits and supplier educational trips to destinations

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent written English skills.
- Experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience in Paid Social advertising, specifically Meta, using Ads Manager.
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise and delegate.
- Experience in and a passion for - writing good quality, persuasive and creative copy.
- Grade 4/C in Math’s & English GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2.

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
