I am currently working with a family-owned food business based in North London, who are rapidly expanding their supply chain team, and are currently on a look out for a Head of Supply Chain to join their team and take ownership of the end-to-end supply chainoperations, to help ensure high levels of customer service and business performance; whilst supporting business growth and driving reductions to wastage and costs.

**About the role**:

- Play a key part in developing and leading S&OP process within the business.
- Collaborate closely with cross-function teams to optimise current processes and drive best practices to supply chain operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
- Build and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Supply Chain Director in driving key supply chain strategic objectives to support future growth of the business.

**About you**:

- 6+ years of experience working within supply chain, ideally within fast-pace environments (FMCG/Food/Food Services).
- Experienced people leader with passion for developing individuals and building teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify operational improvements across the supply chain operations.
- Ability to work in fast-pace environments and products with short lead times and shelf-life.
