We are a rapidly expanding flat roofing specialist seeking a top-notch Admin Assisstant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent planning skills, and a strong command of technology. We have an operational base in Weston-super-Mare, but as all our systems are cloud-based, this role can be carried out from our base and from home, allowing a degree of flexibility. Hours can be adjusted to fit around school hours, making this an excellent opportunity for parents or those needing a more flexible work schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist in coordinating roofing projects, including scheduling, organising on/off hire waste, scaffolding equipment and tracking progress.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files.
- Assist with purchase orders
- Ensure all health & safety documentation is up to date.
- Support the team with any additional administrative duties as required.
- Manage general HR admin, including sickness and holiday records.
- Book accommodation for staff when required.
- Order office supplies and other essential materials.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar role (construction or roofing experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £19,047.00 per year
