**Within this role you be required to**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Work with Hiring Managers as required to discuss and build requests
- Work with the Hiring Managers and Suppliers to process and handle any contract updates and/or revisions, including all e-tool updates.
- Handle all on and off-boarding activities for all new starters,

**We're passionate about finding the right person to join our team, therefore we would be looking at the following**:

- You will have worked in a customer-facing role, and have good admin skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Experience**:

- Customer-Facing: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
