**Job description**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Force Crime Recording Unit as a Crime Recorder based at the Police Headquarters in Winsford.

As a key member of the Public Contact team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate crime recording reports at the point of contact with victims. This role requires strict adherence to the Home Office Counting Rules and National Crime Recording Standards, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The role demands the ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and with resilience. Confidence in challenging and influencing colleagues at all levels is essential.
