**Installations Project Coordinator**

We are looking for a responsible Installations Project Coordinator to administer and organise all types of projects, from small to complex ones. The role is to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet company standards.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects down into do-able actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with customers and colleagues to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to colleagues and contractors plus assist with schedule management
- Ensure customers' needs are met as work proceeds and handle any issues that arise
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all involved
- Use the company's systems to maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Help prepare budgets
- Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the project
- Working with team in the office

**Job Types**: Full-time & Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000 per year

Ability to commute / relocate:

- Plymouth, PL5 3FR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years' in a project coordinator or similar role
- Preferred solar, EV, Commercial and electrical background
- Essential background minimum of 1 of the above
- Domestic or Commercial

Work Location: Office based

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
