Silva Care Ltd is a locally based company who are passionate about providing person centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury. We have an exciting opportunity for a part time office administrator to join our friendly, vibrant team at our Head Office in Whitchurch.
This role is full time 24 hours per week, working days and hours within Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30. The salary for this position is £10.22 per hour
**Reports To**: Regulated Manager and Directors
**Job Purpose**
To provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, and to provide the management team with administrative support.
To provide managers and seniors with information on staff to help them run the most efficient possible service.
**General duties**
- General administration support to the senior managers.
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
- Attending meetings, including Admin team meetings, Manager and senior meetings, and Service manager meetings on request.
- Minute taking at meetings including disciplinary investigations and meetings.
- General Typing, Filing and administration duties
- Reception Duties, taking Phone calls, messages and face to face contact including answering the head office intercom..
- Records are kept up to date and in line with the Data Protection Act & GDPR
- Adhering to all company policies and being able to confidently discuss policy with managers and staff.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.

**Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications**
Prior Office Management Experience Preferred; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Exceptional Communication Skills; Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills; Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills; Ability to Multitask

Ability to use a range of IT systems including excel.
