**The Business**

Lebus Upholstery Ltd is the UK’s largest upholstery manufacturer, making roughly 19,000 pieces of furniture per week, delivered all around the UK & Ireland.

**The Role**

The role will be that of an ERP Controller - you will be expected to look after the SAP Business One system, the core data structures, and help the business to maintain accurate, and relevant data elements.

The core tasks of the role are below
- Maintain data integrity in the core SAP data areas

o Customers

o Suppliers

o Items

o BoMs
- Constantly review newly added & updated master data fields to ensure accuracy
- Proactively seek out issues with the data fields, i.e. conflicting settings
- Resolve issues with data, such as why items are missing from reports
- Work with all departments in the business to create process flows for management of data
- Identify redundant data & cleanse it from the system
- Work with staff to identify & create reports to aid them in their daily roles
- Assist the implementation team with any tasks on the SAP Business One System
- Work with the business after go live to further develop QRG’s & SOP’s in all areas

You will be working within the IT office, reporting to the IT Manager, working alongside external parties, to achieve the successful implementation and management of the SAP Business One System.

Lebus Upholstery are regarded as the market leaders in the quality commercial upholstered furniture market. In our custom built 250,000 square feet factory, probably the largest one site operation of its kind in the country a dedicated workforce and a strong leadership team devote all their talents and experience to the design and construction of Lebus models - many of which are exclusive. Lebus produces quality hardwood frames from seasoned timbers with all joints glued and pinned for triple strength and rigidity. We create and develop all our own exclusive designs, constantly monitoring and often anticipating the latest trends in furnishing designs and fabrics.
