**SHIFT**:

- Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30/08:30-17:00 rotational
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking driver calls when they have delivery issues
- Creating a grrs (communication logged against the order) to our customer to advise them of the issue
- Maintaining grrs’s, ensuring they are fully investigated by our depots and closed out in a timely manner to our customers to prevent stock claims.
- Raising Proforma’s and Invoicing all transport jobs
- Subcon invoicing
- Credit investigation and approval
- Chasing pods from our depots/subcontractors
- Scanning & indexing pods onto our system
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
- Good planning, organisational and prioritising skills
- Ability work to specific deadlines
- Good communication and confident on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent IT user - Excel, Word, Outlook
