Recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader.

Shifts and Pay Rates for a Warehouse Team Leader:
13:30pm until 10:00pm Monday - Friday £28,000 per annum.
- This role will also be suitable if you have worked in any distribution centres such as DPD, Amazon, Hermes etc.._

Daily Duties of a Warehouse Team Leader:

- Create and maintain key account development plans
- Organisation and supervision of the despatch team
- Prepare for the day’s activities
- Control productivity levels for the team
- Planning for increased order volumes and ordering temporary staff and agreeing overtime as required
- Monitor and control the teams productivity
- Troubleshoot order processing and stock issues
- Motivate staff to achieve same day despatch for client orders against some challenging order cutoffs (up to 9pm for some clients)
- Maintain and update work instructions and ensure team members have the necessary training and equipment to succeed
- Monitor attendance and time keeping
- Manage underperformance in line with company policies
- Understand all team responsibilities and ensure SLAs are achieved
- Control the necessary supplies/consumables for each client as required
- Develop a robust understanding of departmental PPU
- Understand in detail the company Warehouse Management System
- To ensure all staff work safely and in compliance with our policies and external accreditations (ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001)
