A CRM Database Developer is required to join a well-established international company within the heart of Bournemouth town centre.

Our client recently implemented a company-wide CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are looking for the right person to carry out and support with the following:

- Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices
- Assist in the design and development of management information, including dashboards, views, and reports utilising Microsoft Power BI and Dynamics
- Involvement in the collation of data and documentation from legacy systems so they are ready to migrate to new systems
- Liaise with key stakeholders within the organisation to analyse processes, document and deliver well-architected solutions that best leverage the capabilities of our systems
- Analyse, create and test workflows within Dynamics to automate various tasks
- Communicate with off-shore developers, third party implementation teams and service providers on our requirements
- Be involved in creating a training program to on-board users and clients
- Research new technology and initiatives to bring value to the organisation
- Ensuring system errors and issues are resolved in a timely manner

**Requirements.**
- Degree in Management Information Systems, Commerce, or relevant IT field
- Solid technical background combined with the ability to communicate with non-technical personnel
- Previous Database development/CRM experience
- SQL, C# or Dynamics 365 development experience
- Ability to analyse and understand complex business processes
