**WE ARE A LEADING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BUSINESS LOOKING FOR A 1st LINE HELPDESK ANALYST TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND SUPPORT THE USERS AT OUR OFFICES ACROSS THE UK**
- 1st Line Support Analyst
- Based in York, easily commutable by car
- Microsoft tech stack - Windows Server, Office365, Exchange, Active Directory
- Hands on Networking - CCNA desirable
- Salary to £21K

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- Good academic background in IT
- Experience in a Helpdesk Support environment
- Windows and MS Office knowledge - Software and Operating Systems
- Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting
- Hands on Networking, patching and cabling

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE**
- CompTIA / CCNA certifications
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Clear Communication
